A modern, well-established Dental Practice in Randburg, Johannesburg, is seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and executive support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the practice while ensuring that schedules, correspondence, and operational tasks are managed efficiently. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work independently Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Key Responsibilities: ⁠Provide day-to-day administrative and personal assistance to the practice owner and management team Manage diaries, appointments, meetings, and scheduling Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documentation Coordinate meetings and assist with general practice administration Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Assist with organising projects, events, and operational tasks as required Liaise professionally with patients, suppliers, and external service providers when necessary Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently What the Practice Offers: A modern, professional working environment A supportive and collaborative team The opportunity to work in a well-established and growing dental practice Salary: R16 000 – R25 000 (before deductions, dependent on experience) How to Apply: Interested and suitably qualified candidates are invited to apply online with their updated CV.
