SUMMARY:
An experienced Plant Manager is required to oversee the full operational function of a water treatment facility, ensuring reliable plant performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role includes managing teams, contractors, and processes to meet operational, technical, and client requirements.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience

BSc / BEng in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years’ experience operating and managing advanced water treatment plants.
Strong technical background in softening, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis.
Experience in managing plant assets and understanding plant health.
Proven leadership and operational management experience.
Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications.
