SUMMARY:
The position involves programming & configuration of PLC’s (mainly Siemens and Allen-Bradley), HMI development, troubleshooting and/or repair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and configure PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
• Develop HMIs and troubleshoot or repair automation systems
• Write technical procedures and application documentation
• Work on major automotive industry projects

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in field service or equipment maintenance
• Industrial automation and system integration experience
• Hands-on wiring of industrial equipment
• Able to travel within South Africa
• Work independently with minimal supervision
