Industrial Automation and/or Control Programmers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Skills & Responsibilities

Exposure in food and beverage packaging environment.
Computer literate (Office package).
Management, Fault finding and reading of Electrical Schematics.
Circuit designing for control Panels.
Development of electrical schematics on E-Plan.
Fully Competent with 5+ years’ experience on Siemens Simatic Software Development and TIA (Siemens S7/300/1200/1500,ext PLC’s).
In depth knowledge of Siemens PLC programming capability.
HMI Development on WinCC and TIA, other platforms will act to your advantage.
Set up VSDrives, Danfoss, Allen Bradley, SEW, ext.
Set up of Communication protocols, ex. Profibus, Profinet, ASI, Canbus, Device Net, IOLink ext.
Project Planning, managing projects and compiling a project plan with Microsoft Projects.
Hands on with projects - Design, Develop, Installation, Training and Commissioning.
Participate fully in the Labour Management Scheme completing timesheets and job dockets and providing all relevant information.
Follow up on orders and deliveries.
Cost control and job costing on projects.
Good communication skills at all levels (verbal and written).
Duties will include but are not limited.
Experience in SOLDWORKS, AUTOCAD ext.
