What You’ll Do

• Governance & Standards
  
  • Develop and implement PMO frameworks, methodologies, and project templates.
  • Define project governance standards across squads.
  • Create and maintain project portfolio dashboards and reporting.
• Change Management & Communication
  
  • Own and implement organisational change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Lead communication strategies across executives, squads, and clients.
  • Ensure adoption and training plans are embedded in all projects.
• Strategic Alignment
  
  • Align projects with company OKRs and strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-squad dependencies and optimise resource allocation.
  • Drive quarterly planning and prioritisation processes.
• Onboarding & PM Deployment
  
  • Standardise onboarding playbooks for new employees and squads.
  • Deploy PMs into Tech, Ops, and Support functions with consistent governance.
  • Build a community of practice for PMs and coach them to strengthen delivery capability.
• Process & Quality
  
  • Standardise delivery processes and quality gates.
  • Implement risk management and escalation procedures.
  • Continuously improve predictability and project outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management
  
  • Provide executive-level reporting on project portfolio health.
  • Engage with clients on delivery commitments and SLA compliance.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the business.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in PMO leadership or senior project management roles.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaling frameworks.
• Proven track record of establishing PMO functions in scale-up environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, technical delivery, and cross-functional operations.
• Proficiency with project portfolio tools (Jira, Monday, MS Project, etc.).
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
• Familiarity with OKRs and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks and tools.
• Awareness of ISO27001/SOC2 project governance requirements (advantageous).
• Experience leveraging AI-driven reporting and productivity tools.

Preferred Skills

• Multiple certifications (PMP, Prince2, Prosci, AgilePM).
• Strong facilitation and coaching experience.
• Exposure to mining, logistics, or industrial operations.
• Experience implementing project communication frameworks across diverse teams.
