PPC Specialist (Google & YouTube Ads)

They’ve built a proprietary system that combines Google Ads, YouTube, funnel strategy, and CRM integration to deliver consistent ROI — and now they’re looking for a PPC Specialist to own a portfolio of clients and scale campaigns that actually convert.
 
This is a hands-on, results-focused role for a Google Ads and YouTube Ads expert. You’ll take full ownership of campaign strategy, implementation, and reporting across a portfolio of 35+ clients. You’re not managing a team — you're the execution powerhouse. From onboarding calls to monthly performance reviews, you’ll be the client’s go-to partner in smashing revenue goals

POSITION INFO:

Planning, launching, and optimizing Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads campaigns
Managing budgets and performance across multiple client accounts
Communicating directly with clients: onboarding, updates, and monthly reviews
Analysing key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CVR) and implementing data-driven optimizations
Staying ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and paid media best practices

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google and YouTube Ads with a focus on lead gen and sales conversions
Advanced analytical skills — you're confident in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards
Strong communication chops — you can break down data for clients and lead strategic convos
Proven track record of smashing KPIs (CPA, ROAS, conversions)
Self-starter with high standards for ownership, honesty, and hustle
Someone who’s hungry to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, digital-first agency environment
