PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE INSPECTOR (PMI) - Trade Tested Millwright - SAP - CEMENT INDUSTRY

R575k per annum neg

Trade Tested Millwright

KNOWLEDGE OF CEMENT INDUSTRY / EQUIPMENT

Suitable applicants must have:

3-5 years’ experience in the field of CONDITION MONITORING
Trade Tested Millwright
Willing to travel as required (various plants)
Cement experience great advantage: maintenance of cement specific equipment (mills, hydraulics, conveyors etc)
Must have sound knowledge of COMPLEX ROTATING EQUIPMENT
Computer literate – SAP CMMS systems
Accountability for :
- Condition based assessments
- Predictive Maintenance
- Precision Maintenance
- Preventative maintenance
- Root cause failure analysis
Data maintenance in the PMMS,, CMMS and various CBM, PdM AND PRECISION Maintenance technique databases
