SUMMARY:
Well established company situated in Kempton Park urgently seeking a Junior Procurement Coordinator for the Procurement Department.

POSITION INFO:

Placing orders
Following up
Stock receipts
Invoicing to branches
Price availability requests
Sending quotes to customers
Arranging transport between branches
Loading & updating product codes
Occationally booking flights & accomodation
Ordering stationery
Sending claims to suppliers
Intercompany reports
Payment allocations
Rebates
Creditors
Ad hoc requests from Directors

Basic Requirements:

Candidate must have strong communication skills, fluent in English.
Excellent telephone manner, good customer service.
Pay attention to detail.
Office hours are 07h30 to 17h00.
Proficient in Word & Excel.
