SUMMARY:
Procurement Planning Coordinator – East Rand

Requirements:

Fashion and/or Procurement Diploma or similar (advantage)
Excellent knowledge of Sage
Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Be competent on costing
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
Must manage and control deadlines
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Inventory management
Vendor management
Special production orders
Local production sourcing and planning
Sample requests and follow up on samples
Cost analysis
Responsible for sample room inventory
Planning of back orders and assisting in execution of back orders if need be
Slow selling stock management for Factory Shop and inactive lines
SOS daily report update
BI delivery quick search app – order delivery date management
