SUMMARY:
Lead and oversee all production operations within a manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient production planning, on-time delivery, quality compliance, resource optimisation, and the effective management of production teams while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification. Previous experience as a Production Manager or in a senior production leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Strong production planning, scheduling, and workforce management experience. Experience managing production KPIs, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Refrigeration or COâ manufacturing experience will be advantageous. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and project delivery.
