SUMMARY:
A skilled and motivated Production Manager is required to oversee the operations and performance of a water reclamation facility. The role involves managing plant operations, leading a production team, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and driving process efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting, resource management, and maintaining strong client relationships.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

BSc or Diploma in Chemical Engineering (minimum S4).
5+ years’ experience in advanced water treatment operations.
Strong knowledge of softening, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis processes.
Proven experience in managing teams and plant performance.
Solid understanding of water treatment equipment and plant health.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and databases).
