SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hands-on, and able to manage people, processes, and resources to ensure high-quality production, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Qualification in Production Management, Business Management, or similar
Industrial or Mechanical Engineering qualification (advantageous)
±5 years’ experience in a similar production management role
Rubber manufacturing experience essential
Strong people management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Computer literate with strong analytical ability
