SUMMARY:
A well-established manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced and organised Production Plant Foreman to lead day-to-day factory activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient use of people, equipment, and resources in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric / NSC
Strong proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCad or TurboCad (skills test will be conducted)
Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more employees

Advantageous

Knowledge of laser cutting processes
Experience working with sheet metal
