SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Project Manager for an urgent opportunity with a client in the construction sector based in Umhlanga.

POSITION INFO:

Immediate availability is highly advantageous

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project
• Track project progress and ensure timelines are met
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities
• Ensure all project deliverables are aligned with deadlines
• Assist with planning, reporting, and project documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify and resolve scheduling or project-related issues

Minimum Requirements:
• Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Manager role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project (non-negotiable)
• Experience within the construction / built environment sector
• Solid understanding of project scheduling and workflow management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Location: Umhlanga, KZN (Office-based role)
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Start date: ASAP
