Sales exec - Property sales/rentals

JOB DESCRIPTION:

AN OPPORTUNITY TO WRITE YOUR OWN CHECK ! DO YOU HAVE A PASSION FOR SELLING AND WOULD LOVE TO JOIN A TOP PERFORMING PROPERTY AGENCY.

MUST RESIDE IN UPPER HIGHWAY AREA- KZN

COMM ONLY, WITH 3500 PER MONTH TO COVER PETROL AND CELL PHONE .

AN INTRO MEETING WILL BE ARRANGED IN THE HILLCREST AREA, NO OBLIGATION TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE OFFERINGS

Responsibilities:

Sourcing properties (this involves cold calling and networking)

Marketing including social media

Closing deals

Admin / paperwork

Willing to complete qualifications over 2 years (portfolio submissions and an exam)
