The company undertakes a variety of public projects.

Job Description

Reporting to the Director.

You will be required to:

Ensure adherence with cash flow and programme.
Draft cash flow and programme.
Meet deadlines.
Ensuring that all documentation is filed correctly.
Manage procurement.
Manage consultant’s appointments and performance.
Manage contractor’s appointments and performance.
Comply with all processes and protocols.
Manage contracts, including JBCC and NEC.
Checking invoices and their correctness.
Professional reviews on Stage Architectural Reports.
Being a member of the Bid Evaluation Committee.
Reviews of invoices.
Review of appointments, additional fees, and any other related matters.

Making sure Auditor General audits are successfully completed.

Qualifications

Masters in Architecture.

Must be registered as a Professional Architect with SACAP
