Job Description

Reporting to the Professional Architect.

You will be required to:

Incorporate design revisions, municipality comments, and regulatory requirements.
Develop clear and visually engaging presentation drawings for client meetings, including conceptual layouts, plans.
Create detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details in compliance with project standards and building regulations.
Draft efficient layouts for warehouses, distribution centres, retail spaces, and office developments.
Create detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to update and refine technical drawing.

Qualifications

National Diploma in Draughting or any related Qualification

Skills

Revit (Proficient)
Industrial, Commercial and Retail experience
Minimum 2 years Draughting experience
