You will mainly be responsible for

Project Planning & Initiation
Project Coordination & Execution
Budgeting & Financial Management
Risk, Quality & Compliance Management
Stakeholder Engagement
Project Monitoring & Reporting
Project Close‑Out

Qualifications

Degree in Built Environment
Registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager

Skills

Software knowledge

MS Project
Primavera
AutoCAD

Additional Skills

Strong project planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Sound knowledge of construction processes, engineering principles, and building regulations.
Financial acumen for cost control and budgeting.
Problem‑solving and risk‑mitigation capabilities.
Leadership and team‑coordination skills.
