PUM 18281 - Senior Interior Designer – Bryanston

Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be responsible for the following.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction of retail projects from initial concept through to technical execution.
• Develop innovative, brand-aligned design solutions while ensuring feasibility, functionality, and compliance with project requirements and local regulations.
• Conduct detailed site inspections to gather accurate measurements, assess existing conditions, and identify potential constraints or opportunities.
• Translate on-site findings into actionable design inputs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, stakeholders, and board members.
• Clearly communicate design intent, spatial planning, materials, and project vision using visual and verbal storytelling techniques.
• Produce comprehensive and precise construction drawing packages, including layouts, detailing, joinery, finishes, and specifications.
• Ensure all documentation supports seamless project execution and contractor coordination.
• Create high-quality 3D models and photo-realistic renderings to effectively illustrate design concepts and final outcomes.
• Support client decision-making through clear visual representation of spaces.
