Employer Description Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer who is registered with the Institute of Interior Design (IID) to join their Durban office. Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead the design and technical development of commercial hospitality interior projects. Prepare concept designs, space planning layouts, and presentation documentation. Produce detailed technical drawings, construction documentation, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD. Coordinate projects from concept through construction and final handover. Manage project programmes, deliverables, budgets, and timelines. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. Attend design coordination meetings and site inspections where required. Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards, building regulations, and project requirements. Resolve technical design issues and provide practical design solutions. Maintain high-quality documentation and project records. Qualifications National Diploma or higher in Interior Design Must be registered with the IID Skills Revit (Advanced - essential) AutoCAD (Essential) Benefits Negotiable
