SUMMARY:
We are looking for someone to move the paid media function from agency in house The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing websites, online stores, and digital campaigns to maximize business growth.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive online marketing strategies
Oversee and optimize websites and online stores for maximum performance and conversion
Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others
Create engaging content and promotional materials to attract and retain customers
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and insights for continuous improvement
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Proven experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or digital advertising
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
Experience managing websites and online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Creative thinker with strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
