Performance Marketing Specialist (B2C Focus)

SUMMARY:
Do you thrive on data and have a passion for driving customer acquisition? We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to focus on the digital engine of our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and programmatic platforms. Working closely with the broader marketing team, you will use your analytical skills to maximise ROI and provide actionable insights that directly contribute to revenue growth.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across key digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, programmatic)
Analyse campaign performance data to draw conclusions and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
Write compelling ad copy and develop creative briefs to guide asset production
Assist with budget management and perform ROI analysis for campaign activities
Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations
Collaborate with the CRM team to leverage first-party data and connect campaign performance to customer insights
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features in the digital advertising landscape

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns
Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and familiarity with programmatic platforms or YouTube advertising
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mind with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies Competence in using GA4
CRM & Data: Understanding of first-party data and its application in digital advertising
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly
Education: Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
