SUMMARY:
We’re searching for a resultsâdriven Paid Media Specialist who knows how to turn advertising spend into profit. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a metricsâheavy environment, understands the economics of paid media, and knows how to push campaigns beyond engagement into meaningful commercial return. POSITION INFO:

What You Will Be Doing
Launch, manage, and scale salesâfocused campaigns across multiple paid media channels, including major ad networks and proprietary performance platforms
Allocate and manage budgets with precision, ensuring every investment delivers measurable commercial value
Continuously refine targeting, bidding, and messaging to maximise conversion efficiency and costâperâsale outcomes

Insights, Reporting & Strategic Development
Analyse campaign behaviour, performance metrics, and audience data to identify opportunities for optimisation
Develop dataâled recommendations to refine existing campaigns and unlock new growth areas
Introduce experimental strategies and emerging paid media techniques to drive stronger ROI and revenue impact

What Makes You a Strong Fit
Solid track record managing paid campaigns where sales and profitability, not impressions, were the primary KPIs
Experience working with largerâscale budgets and optimising spend for commercial impact
Certification in Google Ads or demonstrably strong handsâon experience managing highâperformance Google campaigns
Comfort navigating multiple advertising ecosystems, including search, social, and niche or internal ad portals
Highly analytical thinker who uses data to guide decisions and identify revenue opportunities
A proactive mindset with a passion for testing, experimenting, and building campaigns that outperform expectations
