A leading digital company that uses innovative digital marketing channels have a GREAT job opportunity for a Paid Media Specialist in Johannesburg. If you have advanced experience in analytics, advanced tracking (regex, gclid matching for offline tracking, event tracking) AdWords and Facebook, keep reading! This job could be perfect for you!

The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for all spending online which is self-managed. This currently entails search engines (google, bing, yahoo), display networks, gmail ads, facebook, twitter, linkedIn, doubleclick, programmatic, app nexus but is not limited to these.

Your key job responsibilities as the Paid Media Specialist in Johannesburg will include:

Make sure internal and external clients are happy
Make sure all reporting is accurate and on time
Find the latest channels, tools, tricks to grow profits
Keep the department certified and up to date with all the latest trends, tricks etc.
Understanding (in depth) of how all the platforms work
Handle internal and external communication with other departments and clients
Will be liaising with google, Facebook and all other partners that involve paid search or display type advertising
Will be required to compile reports and liaise with clients with the support of a team
You must be able to grow profits, make decisions, innovation (first to market), take accountability, and set up and manage paid campaigns across different platforms

Requirements for this Paid Media Specialist job in Johannesburg:

Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience
Must have advanced experience in analytics, advanced tracking; Adwords and Facebook
Must have general SEO knowledge
Must be able to set up and manage paid campaigns across different platforms
Ability to handle pressure and stress
Organised and able to work at a fast pace
