SUMMARY:
We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of highâvalue search advertising portfolios and deliver consistent, performanceâdriven results for a diverse range of clients. This role suits someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with creative execution and who is confident managing performance conversations with stakeholders.
You’ll work in a fastâpaced digital environment where precision, insight, and accountability matter. The focus is on building scalable advertising strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes.

POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Doing
Own the setup, dayâtoâday management, and optimisation of paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts
Interpret performance data to uncover insights, optimise targeting and spend, and improve profitability
Produce clear, concise performance updates and strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams
Act as a trusted paid media expert, confidently explaining results, opportunities, and nextâstep strategies
Continuously test ad copy, bidding strategies, audiences, and structures to improve efficiency and ROI
Manage campaign budgets responsibly, ensuring performance aligns with business objectives
Maintain high output standards while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines

What You’ll Bring
At least 2+ years’ handsâon experience managing paid search advertising campaigns
Formal certification in paid search platforms, backed by practical, realâworld execution
A relevant tertiary qualification
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, ad management tools, and business listings platforms
Exposure to crossâplatform paid media (additional networks are beneficial but not essential)
A solid understanding of data integration concepts and how advertising platforms connect to CRM systems
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problemâsolving skills
The ability to stay organised and perform under pressure in a performanceâdriven environment
