Fully Remote for applicants currently living in South Africa
Salary: Negotiable

Overview
Reporting into the Social Media Strategist (UK based), you will be responsible for managing the strategies and performance as well as the campaign development process from beginning to end including planning, activation, and reporting for a portfolio of clients.

Minimum Requirements:
Completed business or marketing related degree
7 or more years’ experience as an Account Manager within an agency environment
3 or more years’ management experience
Experience specific to Paid Social
Suitable home office set up

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create account strategies in collaboration with the Account Director
Create and manage a realistic and suitable project plan for each client and relevant campaigns
Create forecasts
Provide campaign insights, strategic outlooks and timely advice to internal and external stakeholders in order to continually optimise activity
Keep up to date with the latest changes in the paid social landscape and ensure these are communicated clearly internally

Effectively manage, train and motivate a team of Paid Social Executives
Manage task allocation, activity and performance of the team
Delegate tasks to Paid Social Executives
Brief and continuously update the team

Manage activations, optimisation and reporting across various online/ digital media channels
Undertake account audits to improve performance
Undertake account hygiene checks
Provide briefs to the creative team
Keyword optimisation and mining, ad copy creation, device optimisation and audience bidding
Keyword gap analysis to identify areas of opportunity and account expansion
Check daily budget pacing
Analyse return on investment of all Paid Social campaigns
Conduct A/B testing to improve performance
Act as a point of contact and escalation for all the assigned accounts within your team as well as escalating any performance issues to the Account Director and Business Director
Lead client meetings including client calls, monthly meetings and quarterly performance reviews
