SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established law firm based in Johannesburg North, is seeking a Senior Paralegal / Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team
R25 000 - R30 000 CTC per month, based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary within a law firm environment
Excellent typing skills (minimum 80 words per minute) with strong attention to detail – must be confident with transcribing dictations
Solid understanding of High Court and Magistrate’s Court procedures
Strong administrative and document management skills
Proficient in MS Office and legal practice management systems
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage deadlines effectively
Drafting and typing of legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
Managing case files and ensuring accuracy of documentation
Liaising with clients, counsel, and relevant stakeholders
Providing general administrative and secretarial support to attorneys
