POSITION INFO:

We’re looking for a driven, detail-focused Junior Financial Planner / Paraplanner who’s eager to learn, grow, and get hands-on experience across both client support and digital marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be working alongside senior financial planners, supporting them in preparing strategies and proposals, doing research, and helping manage client relationships. You’ll also get to contribute to digital marketing and social media initiatives — perfect if you enjoy a bit of creativity alongside numbers.

Your day-to-day could include:

Assisting in the preparation of financial plans and investment proposals
Researching financial products and market trends
Creating reports and presentations for client meetings
Updating CRM systems and keeping client records accurate
Helping implement investment strategies
Contributing to social media content and digital communication
Supporting broader marketing and online engagement efforts

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Finance, Economics, or something related
Up to 2 years of experience in financial services (internships count)
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
Afrikaans language skills is advantageous
A genuine interest in financial planning and client service
Having a CFP or CFA qualification is a strong advantage — but we’re also open to candidates currently pursuing either designation
