POSITION INFO:
Role: Financial Services Paraplanner
Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary: TBC

What you’ll be doing:

ð¹ Assisting with investment portfolio management, including processing new business applications and fund transfers
ð¹ Ensuring compliance with financial regulations (FICA, AML, POPI) while maintaining accurate client records
ð¹ Coordinating annual client reviews and preparing portfolio summaries
ð¹ Managing client interactions with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
ð¹ Liaising with investment houses to facilitate transactions and obtain necessary documentation
ð¹ Supporting insurance policy renewals and account administration

What we’re looking for:

â A structured and detail-oriented mindset
â Strong administrative and organizational skills
â Ability to work independently as well as within a team
â Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans & English
â Financial services experience or a keen interest in the industry
â Minimum qualification: NQF4 or equivalent (higher qualifications advantageous)
