SUMMARY:
The Network Operations team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Account Manager in our Partner Management Team. The Partner Account Manager, responsible for managing the relationship with one of our key partners, will serve as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and our key partner, helping to navigate challenges, resolve conflicts, and capitalise on growth opportunities.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for partners, managing all aspects of the partnership including technical support, service requests, and commercial agreements.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to address partner requests, ensure timely resolution of technical issues, and coordinate service enhancements or upgrades.
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with partners, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions, invoicing and billing arrangements.
Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality of service (QoS) standards.
Handle escalations and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner, balancing the interests of both parties.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to converse in Mandarin is desirable.

Qualifications & Skills:

3–5 years of relevant experience in the Telecommunications sector.
Proven ability in client relationship management.
Strong skills in negotiation, planning, time management, and interpersonal communication.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, diverse cultural environment, demonstrating a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
