Position: Partner Marketing Manager Employment Type: Permanent Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng (Hybrid\/Office-based as required) Reporting To: CEO: Commercial & Partnerships Overview Our client is looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join their Commercial & Partnerships team. This role is responsible for the operational execution and coordination of partner marketing initiatives across a diverse partner network. The successful candidate will ensure that partner campaigns, marketing collateral, communications and activations are delivered accurately on time and in accordance with brand, compliance and regulatory standards. Minimum Requirements Diploma or Bachelor''s Degree (NQF Level 6 or 7) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-6 years'' experience in Partner Marketing, Marketing Coordination or Campaign Operations. Experience working with external partners, suppliers and marketing campaigns. Strong organisational, administrative and project coordination skills. Knowledge of campaign tracking, asset management and brand compliance. Exposure to the financial services or insurance industry is advantageous. Digital Marketing certification and experience with CRM, CMS or Digital Asset Management tools will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute partner marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with approved channel and partner plans. Develop, update and manage partner marketing collateral, ensuring accurate version control and compliance with brand and regulatory standards. Track campaign delivery, maintain marketing reports and identify execution risks or delays. Coordinate partner communications, marketing material distribution, events and activations. Support quality assurance by ensuring all marketing assets comply with brand, legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives. Provide operational support to the Channel Marketing team while driving continuous improvement in marketing processes and execution
