Parts Sales Executive

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join a reputable UD dealership in Middelburg. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in parts sales within a commercial dealership environment.

POSITION INFO:

✨ Key Responsibilities:
✅Assist walk-in customers and workshop staff with accurate parts identification
✅ Process quotations, sales orders, and invoices timeously
✅ Maintain up-to-date product and pricing knowledge
✅ Manage stock levels, perform bin checks, and assist with stock control
✅ Handle telephonic and email parts enquiries professionally
✅ Ensure efficient issuing, receiving, and storing of parts
✅ Build strong customer relationships and maintain service excellence
✅ Work closely with the parts, workshop, and service teams

📌 Requirements:

✔ National Senior Certificate

✔ UD Certified Parts Certificate (advantageous)

✔ Minimum 3 years’ experience at a franchised commercial dealership
