Parts Sales Executive - East Rand, Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well established automotive dealership based in the East Rand of Johannesburg is looking for an experienced Part Sales Executive to join their team.

Requirements:

Must have Parts Sales experience in the Automotive Industry
Already have a good client database
Grade 12
Computer Literate
Work well under pressure
Multi tasker
Good customer care skills
Good communication skills

Duties (but not limited to):

Service existing clients
Parts sourcing
Assist Service Department with parts request orders
Assist with telephonic queries and parts sales
Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent service with regards to parts
Provide best customer service
Handle customer complaints
Receive & log stock into inventory
Notify service department when parts / back ordered have been received
Maintain parts department neat and tidy

Salary: Negotiable Salary per month depending on experience + incentives
