Purpose Of The Job:

Our client is looking for a New Sales Executive to join the team. We're looking for someone with the right attitude rather than years of experience. If you're motivated, confident, eager to learn, we want you; to build a successful career in automotive sales by delivering excellent customer service, learning the vehicle sales process, and assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to suit their needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the motor industry, enjoys working with people, and is eager to develop into a successful New Vehicle Sales Executive.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities: Learn and follow the dealership's new vehicle sales process Assist customers throughout their vehicle buying journey Build relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service Generate new business through referrals, networking and prospecting activities Follow up on customer enquiries received via the showroom, telephone, email and social media Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives Prepare quotations and assist with completing sales documentation Work closely with the Finance & Insurance department during the sales process Assist customers with vehicle trade-in enquiries Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure customers enjoy a professional handover experience Follow up after delivery to maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business Promote vehicle accessories, service plans and other value-added products Keep customer information up to date on the dealership's CRM system Attend product training and continuously improve your product knowledge Work towards achieving monthly sales and customer service targets Represent the dealership professionally at all times Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Valid South African driver's licence A genuine passion for the automotive industry Young, dynamic, driven and energetic personality Excellent communication and people skills Computer literate Well presented with a professional attitude Willingness to learn and develop a career in vehicle sales Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment A positive attitude with a strong work ethic As per client request would prefer (female) Advantageous: Previous experience working within the motor industry Knowledge of dealership systems Experience selling vehicles or other products will be advantageous but is not essential, as full product and sales training will be provided Knowledge of the automotive sales process and customer relationship management advantageous Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
