POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Reconciliation:
Complete the reconciliation of revenue between systems
Identify and raise issues with relevant departments in a timely manner
Process journals as needed to correct variances after thorough investigation
Payroll Journals:
Process monthly salary journals accurately and on time
Payroll Reconciliation – Clearing Account:
Reconcile payroll transactions between payroll schedules and net amounts paid by the group
Raise discrepancies with relevant departments promptly
Staff Debtors Account:
Reconcile staff debtors' accounts, ensuring only recoverable amounts are reflected
Report any discrepancies to relevant departments for resolution
Unallocated Deposits Account:
Actively reconcile this account to ensure it only includes genuine receipts with complete reference numbers
Engage with departments to minimize unallocated transactions
Credit Balance Analysis on Debtors Accounts:
Reconcile accounts in credit and resolve balances by coordinating with relevant teams
Ensure billing accuracy and correct allocation of receipts
