POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll, Accounting & Stock Management Specialist to oversee payroll processing, financial management, and stock control across all company branches, including individual retail locations and head office. This role requires a proactive individual who can streamline payroll operations, enhance financial efficiency, and optimize inventory management to support business growth and cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Payroll Management

• Process and administer payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Continuously improve payroll processes for greater efficiency.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce payroll-related costs.
• Ensure full compliance with South African tax laws and labor regulations.

Accounting Functions

• Manage all accounting transactions using the company’s designated software.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Stock Management

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across all business locations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure stock availability.
• Implement stock control procedures to minimize waste and optimize costs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll administration, accounting, and stock management.
• Industry experience in food and beverage is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software and the MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a non-smoker.
• Own transport and computer are required.
