JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a passionate and hardworking individual to join their ever growing Group.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Person:

Payroll Administration Diploma or relevant Degree/Diploma.
At least 5 years’ experience in payroll administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Job:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager:

Update and process the payroll accurately, on time and strictly in terms of company policies and statutory requirements.
Process payments to employees and third parties.
Prepare and submit the financial income statement and reconciliations on time, and complete the manual journal when necessary.
Perform monthly and annual reporting requirements.
Build and maintain a professional and friendly service to internal and external clients.
Identify and resolve queries.
Maintain competence, motivation and continuous improvements in the Payroll department.
Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
