JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a payroll function responsible for all aspects of payroll, including:

Sage payroll experience
Onboarding employees
Processing weekly wage payrolls
Processing monthly payrolls
Processing of all relevant monthly taxes and deductions, reconciliations, and appropriate submissions
Payroll annual submissions
EE annual submissions
Issuing employee contracts
Processing leave and payroll adjustments/deductions
Reconciliation of appropriate accounting transactions
Can manage payroll of around 250 people across multiple companies

Aptitude: Must have a high level of integrity, meticulous and accurate in carrying out their work, must be a team player and able to work with urgency when required. Must be excellent at achieving deadlines.

Skills: Advanced Excel, Sage Payroll, Intermediate Word, Previous knowledge of accounting systems
