JOB SUMMARY:
Payroll Controller - Pretoria East, Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client based in Pretoria East is looking to employ a Payroll Controller.

REQUIREMENTS:

5 Years Payroll experience (Automotive Industry experience preferable)
5 + years experience on sage payroll
Grade 12
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills
Proven track record of working with highly confidential information

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing salaries for employees - which include Bonuses, Monthly Incentives, Overtime, Annual increases
End to End Payroll processing
Terminations & New Engagements
Banking using Nedbank
Month End Reports
Reconcile Medical Aid & Provident Fund
3rd Party Payments
EMP 201 submission
UIF & Maternity Papers
Balancing MIBCO & making payments
Staff Files
Attend to employee queries & assist with general Payroll queries
