Payroll Manager

SUMMARY:

A growing national company in Durban is currently seeking an experienced Payroll General Manager to manage a fair-sized team and handle a sizable national payroll.

POSITION INFO:

• Ensure monthly and weekly payrolls are processed timeously and accurately and comply with legislative requirements. Ensure system is set up and updated to reflect the current employee base.
• BCom or similar degree or diploma mandatory
• Minimum 3 years payroll experience and 2 years team management experience essential
• D-bit payroll experience and bargaining council knowledge advantageous.
• Knowledge of drawing up of contracts advantageous
• Understanding of how payroll figures payroll adjustments effect management accounts and financials

Above average salary commensurate with experience.
