SUMMARY:

A growing national company in Durban is currently seeking an experienced Payroll General Manager to manage a fair-sized team and handle a sizable national payroll.

POSITION INFO:

Ensure monthly and weekly payrolls are processed timeously and accurately and comply with legislative requirements. Ensure system is set up and updated to reflect the current employee base.
BCom or similar degree or diploma mandatory
Minimum 3 years payroll experience and 2 years team management experience essential
D-bit payroll experience and bargaining council knowledge advantageous.
Knowledge of drawing up of contracts advantageous
Understanding of how payroll figures payroll adjustments effect management accounts and financials

Above average salary commensurate with experience.
