SUMMARY:
A Vacancy exists for a Payroll Manager in the Head Office - Centurion

The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

POSITION INFO:

Adhere to best practices and efficient ofâ¯payroll
Oversee employee, transactions and reporting activities.
Monthly payroll review;
Payroll reconciliations;
Monthly payroll reporting:
Salary structuring and assistance
Systems and process management:
Team management:

Attributes

Excellent communication skills,
Time management skills – able to plan, prioritize and organize.
Strong problem solving abilities
Accurate with attention to detail
Able to work under pressure

Preferred qualifications

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Payroll Manager role
Minimum 5 year' Accounting experience
Diploma /Degree in Finance Qualification or Payroll Qualification
Sage 300 People Payroll System
5+ Years’ experience in specific working area – Sage 300 People Payroll;
Computer literacy, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage 300 People Payroll;
Legislative knowledge (SARS, BCEA, LRA)
Preferably Security Industry Background
Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;

Required Skills

Excel-Advanced Level
Report Extractions –BIM Reports/Smart Reports/Standard VIP Reports
Financial Acumen
