SUMMARY:
A leading manufacturing business that loves efficiency, innovation, and results is seeking a Financial Manager to take their finance team to the next level.

POSITION INFO:
Step into a fast-paced FMCG/production environment where your financial expertise will make a real impact. You’ll lead a team, own the numbers, and support strategic decisions while enjoying an environment that rewards initiative and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the finance team, including AR, AP, and payroll
Manage the cash flow, balance sheet, and statutory reporting
Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and audit requirements
Assist with forex transactions and Reserve Bank approvals
Support management with insightful analysis and decision-making

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom degree with completed articles and a minimum of 5 years’ post-articles experience
Experience in production, FMCG, or manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of cash flow management, balance sheet oversight, tax, VAT, and audit processes
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a finance team
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to make decisions independently
