SUMMARY:
Does this sound like you? You consider yourself the worldÃ¢Â€Â™s most detailed and Ã¢Â€Âœon itÃ¢Â€Â Payroll Manager. You have experience managing payroll for a minimum of 800 people that include shift workers, bargaining councils, staff who clocks in and out, senior as well as junior staff.

POSITION INFO:

Managing the payroll for the group, ensuring that the payroll is up to date in accordance with company and government procedures, policies, and legislation

Manage a team with flair, positivity & fairness

You stick to deadlines, ensuring payroll prep, processing and accounting, employee’s tax filing, provident fund admin, and all ad-hoc payments are delivered timeously

Skills & Experience:

Payroll Management experience

Minimum 8 years in a retail store/restaurant with many different branches

You are great at planning, prioritising, and organization

You have impeccable attention to detail, you manage your time well, are a great communicator, can work with large volumes and tight deadlines, and can function at a fast pace without sacrificing detail and precision

Extensive experience in SAGE People 300

Micros

Excel (advanced)

Qualification:

BCom or similar accounting degree
