SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and administer the full payroll function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance, third-party payments, and timely reporting, while providing excellent support to employees and management.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a payroll-focused role.
Proven experience processing payroll in a medium to large organization.
Strong knowledge of South African payroll legislation, SARS requirements, and statutory submissions.
Experience with payroll systems (First experience will be advantageous).
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
