JOB SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist with strong attention to details looking for challenge? Our client, a leader in the retail industry is looking for your exquisite expertise. The successful individual will have exceptional abilities to work under pressure and ensure that all employees are paid accurately and timeously. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordinating and Managing payroll processes
Communicating with managers about monthly deadlines
Verifying final salary schedules
Obtaining final reviews and approval from Financial Manager
Reviewing and processing weekly expense claims and ad hoc payments
Preparing monthly reports and reconciliations within agreed timelines
Processing employee loan administration correctly
Accurately and timely submission of all UIF documentation

Skills & Experience:
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and use initiative

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 3 years as a Payroll Specialist
Strong attention to details
Strong administrative skill
Strong ability to meet deadlines
