JOB DESCRIPTION:

Do you have international payroll experience? This role will be responsible for payrolls across multiple jurisdictions across the world. If you have this exposure please apply!

Responsible for the maintenance and preparation of payrolls. The provision of data is provided done by the HR team and country leaders.
Responsible for data validation and resolving discrepancies within tight deadlines.
Manage relationships with various stakeholders and global payroll providers (vendors) with focus on the accuracy and timely receipt of payroll reports.
Ensure vendors are efficient in managing all payroll activities against agreed standards.
Coordinate payroll approvals & funding instructions with the Finance team.
Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations, journal, and accrual reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policy requirements.
Attend to payroll specific queries from employees.
Reply to tax notices, wage orders, unemployment claims and government correspondence.
Stay up to date with local payroll regulations.
Support Finance teams with month-end close and reporting activities.
Support various internal and external audits.
Provide payroll feedback and data when required to support ongoing HR projects.
Take part in payroll audits, generating required information in a timely manner.

Requirements:

BCom / Hons in HR or Finance
Previous experience of running international payroll is essential
A minimum experience of 4+ years in Payroll Specialist role with vendor management exposure
Experience in managing payroll processes within amatrix, international organization
Experience working in an HR and/orFinance function is preferred
Goodawarenessand understandingof payroll compliance
Experience of employee benefitsadministration
