JOB DESCRIPTION:

Payroll/Account Assistant Sandton

Open to ALL races

My well established client is looking for a Payroll/Account Assistant.

Renumeration: +/- R16k ctc

Responsibilities

The applicant must have sound knowledge of accounting and payroll. Please do not apply if you do not have the said experience/knowledge.

Capture of input for changes on salaries, commission, loans advances etc

Update new employees and terminate employees.

Capture leave applications

Print and file all payroll reports.

Prepare payroll payment summary.

Import salaries to bank

Prepare distribution schedule for Medical Aid, Pension, SARS and NIC

Make payment for all above and submit UIF declarations and EMP 201s

Prepare 6 monthly EMP 501 recons for SARS and Annual Recon and submit IRP 5s

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar function[

Attention to detail imperative.
