SUMMARY:
A well-established business is seeking to appoint a People and Culture Business Partner

Responsible to provide value-added business partnering support to line management/ designated business unit across a wide range of generalist people and culture functions in support of business unit objectives,
business strategies and aligned with the strategic/operational people and culture plan.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

NQF 7: Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent

Experience:

5 years' work experience in an HR generalist/ business partner role

Knowledge:

HR Legislation eg LRA, BCEA, SDA, EEA, BBBEE
Recruitment methodologies
HR Information Systems
Ability to manage projects
