Performance Marketing Specialist

SUMMARY:
We are seeking dynamic Performance Marketing Specialists to drive measurable results across digital advertising channels. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform campaign strategies
• Create compelling ad copy, design A/B tests, and collaborate with creative teams on visual assets
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
• Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and implement performance improvements
• Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI across all channels
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
• Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging marketing technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and analytics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
• Knowledge of tracking and attribution tools (UTM parameters, pixel implementation)
• Understanding of conversion optimization and landing page best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSP platforms
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
