We're looking for a confident and resourceful Personal and Administrative Assistant to support our Operations Director. If you're an expert in scheduling, prioritizing, and managing chaos with grace — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the right hand to the Operations Director — managing diaries, meetings, and travel plans.
• Act as a professional gatekeeper: handle emails, calls, and correspondence.
• Coordinate operational meetings, take minutes, and track key action points.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
• Assist with compiling reports, dashboards, and operational documents.
• Ensure seamless coordination of projects, events, and day-to-day admin functions.

• 3–5 years’ experience in a senior-level PA or Executive Assistant role.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and a natural problem solver.
• Experience supporting a Director in operations, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to project management or operational workflows.
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
